Tree Germander – A lovely evergreen silver shrub native to the Mediterranean, Tree Germander is sure to delight you. At maturity, this small shrub grows to be about 6 feet tall, and equally as wide. It's quite easy to prune to your preferences, and makes for an attractive topiary hedge with foliage that stands out in the landscape. In late spring through early fall, blueish purple flowers emerge on the new growth. This shrub does best when planted in full sun and appreciates a well-draining rocky soil. Once established, Tree Germander is drought tolerant and cold hardy.
