South African Foxglove – A gorgeous and unique annual to introduce to your garden! Large tubular purple flowers hang pendulously from the flower stalks, looking very reminiscent of the classic Foxglove that tends to struggle in our Texas heat. The easiest way to grow this plant is to scatter the small seeds around the desired area, but it is reasonably simple to grow in plug trays as well. Typically this plant dies back completely, but in a mild winter will grow more like a perennial.
