Eucharis Leaf Spider Lily – A truly striking bulb that forms webbed spider-like white flowers in mid summer. During most of the year, the green rosette of leaves is enough to provide some level of intrigue in a shaded landscape, but when the flower forms, you will be blown away. In a mild winter, these attractive broad leaves will remain, but in an intense frost like that of 2021, it will die back to the ground. Over time, the bulbs beneath the ground will multiply, leaving you with a clustered colony of lilies that bloom beautifully. Plant in part to full shade, and keep moderately watered during the summer. Because it is a bulb, it is somewhat drought tolerant, but may need some supplemental irrigation during the end of summer.
