Nepeta faassenii ‘Walker’s Low’

Catmint – A favorite of both humans and felines, Catmint is a low growing herbaceous perennial that produces stalks of light purple flowers from spring through fall. The blue-toned foliage is lightly aromatic and smells similar to mint or lemon balm. Plant in either full or part sun, and keep well watered through the summer, otherwise the foliage will burn. As the name suggests, this herb attracts cats, so we recommend planting it in a container if you have an outdoor furry friend who likes rolling around. Otherwise you run the risk of the plant getting squashed and broken (ask us how we know)!
