Arrowleaf Sage – A vibrant blooming sage native to the Andes Mountains. The foliage is large and textured, with a form that is reminiscent of a heart or arrowhead. At maturity, Arrowleaf Sage can grow up to 3-5 feet tall and about 4 feet wide. In the summer, large flower stalks emerge, showcasing the electric blue flowers that have a slightly fuzzy texture to them. These bright blue blooms are sure to light up any landscape, and are great for our local pollinators. This particular species of sage prefers to be kept relatively moist year round, especially in the summer, so keep it well watered. In winter, it will tolerate temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit without protection. Plant in full or part sun.
